Looking For Experienced and Expert Drupal Developer

I am looking for an experience drupals developer/designer to fix a bug on our drupal 8 site. Ideally the developer should have experience with the Group Module.
This is the lay of of the issues we need resolved,
Already have a content type called 'Organisation', I want the ability to assign a user to an 'Organisation' in their user page, during or after their registration. I have added the entity reference field for the 'Organisation' content type as part of user registration fields.
Now I would like only users assigned to same 'Organisation' to have access to specific content type that was created by someone assign to that organisation.
Finally, I would like to use the Group module to allow users from other organisation, that joined the group, to view content from the Organisation that created the group.
Please only bid if you have experice in Group module.
