Integration of html/js/css standalone projects into drupal custome blocks -- 2

We are reposting a previously ongoing project due to the message below received from Freelancer.com:
"Hello! I'm Rayana, and I'm from Freelancer.com. I understand you have an on-going project with the freelancer "klugagreen". However, they won't be able to proceed with the progress of your project as we're currently reviewing their account. In line with this review, we have canceled the pending XXX USD Milestone Payment and it will reflect in your Freelancer.com account balance right away."
We are building a site and would like to include some nice features next to our explanations. The projects to be integrated into our site come as standalone html-js-css structures (you can click on the html, it will load the appropriate js and css files and you can test the features of these projects).
The site is using avo9 theme over drupal 9.
The freelancer we need has to have a good command of drupal, has to understand views/blocks/multilanguage site structures / js integration and has to have the ability to do troubleshouting.
Please do not apply if this is your first drupal project, if you are a newbie in js or if you have never done any integration of standalone projects as well.
We are including some files/projects to show what structures should be integrated into our sites.
We have uploaded the mysql and filesystem of MicroBiomeBank.org for you to check out. Sql is not a zip, please rename it to anything.sql before importing, it was renamed for convenience.

Once you installed the site on your server, under https://microbiomebank.org/hu/node/10 you will find a block with two columns. Below that, we would like to incorporate parallax-depth-cards as it is right now to show you have an understanding of drupal and js. Css file content should be incorporated into the theme’s css directory and included also in the theme file (so that no external link or internal css is necessary).
Please let us know if you understand this test, since we have run into numerous people claiming they are able to develop Drupal, but seemed incompetent or. fraud.
We are looking for a long term cooperation, I am enclosing the project details to be carried ouf AFTER the successful completion of this 10 minutes test for further letting you know exactly what to do.
