Hacked Drupal 6 site need help in recovery and updating to latest version

I have a client that had his website hacked due to not keeping up with updates. I am not a web developer there for it is out of my ream of expertise. Godaddy did a restore of the web site how ever it no longer displays correctly. www.mwlandco.com. Would like to see if web site can be fixed and then updated so that they do not get hacked again.
