Get Drupal Commerce Licence to work on Site

I have a website that is using Drupal Commerce License for subscriptions on the Drupal 9 site. I have the various subscriptions added, but when someone goes through checckout, there it doesn't take people to pay, and I cannot figure out how to have different time frames for the subscriptions (3 months, 6 months and one year). If you have experience on getting this to work, please let me know.
