Fix my Drupal CSV data export

I made a Drupal view with CSV data export. The view has 33190 entries which is confirmed on the associated page. The CSV export however, only contains 10 entries no matter what I try.
The task is to fix the CSV export so that it contains all 33190 entries.
You need to have excellent Drupal and communication skills. Backend admin access only, no server.
