Finish setting up Google Analytics code configuration of our Drupal site

The Drupal default GA module is in conflict with a third party service. We need to send all data/events/info that it previously sent to GA with the module in new custom code. We also need to add the new info that is now available through the third party service (https://piano.io/) primarily whether a user is currently logged in via their service.

Other considerations:
We do not want specific pages tracked.
We do not want Drupal users tracked as they would be staff members.
