Edit a simple Drupal custom module

Hello there
I have a website of only custom module that print the currency rates that i enter on 2 images already uploaded (one is post & other is story, for social media) . I fill in the daily rate and date plus time and save, then can download the image that's all
at the moment it only prints one date & time field at the bottom of each , i want another one added, first one shifts left, the new second one on the right for post , and above each other for story .
images attached show the situation now (before 1 and 2 ) and how i need it to be (after 1 and 2)
After adding the field the placement of first field will change to make space for the second and also add the two words before it, there is already a field that gets filled with coordinates(like x & y) to place the value of the field above img, another one shall be added to fill in the coordinates to place the newly added field
