Drupal 7 website - remove duplicate H1 headers and meta descriptions

Hi, I have a website created in Drupal 7 and I am looking for a capable freelancer to help me with a specific task. I need someone to remove duplicate H1 headers and meta descriptions, so all the content on site is correctly optimized. The website is built in Drupal 7, so experience in this platform is required, however no SEO or content writing is needed, as we are set up in these regards. DETAILS:
We need two changes made to our Drupal 7 website.
#1 - we have 5 node types that have 2 H1 headers. The second H1 header, the text “Reviews”, is auto-generated. It should instead be a H2 header, so there is only a single H1 header in the source files.
#2 - we have 4 node types that have 2 meta descriptions in the source code. The 2nd meta description is a replica of the OG description. The 2nd meta description (the one that is the duplicate of the OG description) should not appear, only the 1st meta description and the OG description should appear in the source file.
These changes will need to be made on the live site, and each change must be completed during a 2 hour period that we prearrange so we can chat and I can make sure the change does not adversely affect the site.
