Drupal website fix styling

The content is showing but not the styling sheets. I need someone to fix the settings.php to link to the correct new domain name.
With one of the errors:
Deprecated function: Array and string offset access syntax with curly braces is deprecated in include_once() (line 20 of /home/john/domains/beeldrijmers.nl/public_html/drupal/includes/file.phar.inc).
