Drupal 7 website defaulting to random Non English language instead of default English site and can't switch back to ENglish.
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Disabling the cache is resolving the issue, but need help to figure out where exactly is the issue. What's wrong with the cache? Need troubleshooting with the language issue. We are using Drupal 7 Language switcher drop down module.
