Drupal 7 to 9 upgrade project audit + advice
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We have an upgrade project from Drupal 7 to Drupal 9 which has been completed (with the exception of Google Analytics and Google Ad Manager integration).
You will do the following:
* audit and advise, by way of a video call and written report how well this meets "best practice" Drupal 9 methods
* prove your analysis and demonstrate where this best practice exists online in other projects/ guides
* teach our team how this works
* specifically analyse the strengths of this implementation for the EASY and QUICK administration of changing configuration between all the other sites which still require this upgrade - we want minimal click, minimal administration deployment of new content types, fields, views, blocks etc. etc. and sharing them between the other websites that we will upgrade
* explain how to finish migrating the content that has been authored in the time that this go live process started (since it was never pushed live the old site is still gaining new content that now needs to also be migrated)
* formulate strategy for a future headless transformation
