Drupal 3 small requests

Hello
We have a simple website where we have products but we do not sell anything, the products have only image + texte, it is just for presentation
In homepage we see 3 products, and we have a "all products" page with arround 10 products only
What we want you to do is :
1 - in homepage, instead of 3 products put 4 (must be all aligned on 1 line, adapt css if needed)
2 - when we edit a product and check the options "featured in homepage", it is not working, in homepage we have always same products, you need fix that, we need be able to choose which products will be displayed in homepage
3 - I am not sure the drupal user I have is administrator, I need you change permission/rule in database to be administrator
