Drupal 8 commerce - Customization in commerce shipping

Looking for an experienced Drupal developer for short term work.
We have developed a commerce website where we need to integrate different shipping costs for each product type. Below is the requirement.
Shipping costs:
• If the total of an order exceeds £75.00 there will be no shipping cost (Free Shipping)
• When ordering multiple items:
- If the shipping cost of the multiple items exceeds £6.00 then one shipping cost of £6.00 will be applied to the whole order.
- If the shipping cost of the multiple items is less than £6.00 then the individual shipping costs will be applied to each purchase.
There is one anomaly: (Specific condition for one product)
• If the product XYZ is purchased on its own or as part of a multi purchase (under £75.00) the shipping cost will be £9.42.
Note - There are limited products on the site.
