Drupal 9 Webform, Commerce Expert

We have a webform on which we need to add some price options. (days x price = total price) and than move to cart. In commerce cart we need to add service charge, a fee and tax on product.

We already have system working in drupal 7 but now need same options in Drupal 9 on a new site. I can provide login to both sites for better understanding. But I need someone who is expert in Drupal Commerce options.
