Drupal Theme/Design Migration to CMS e107 1.0.4

Dear Freelancer Community,
we need help with the migration of a current Drupal theme (TaraPro - Responsive http://test.grammophon-platten.de), which was coded for the CMS Drupal. This theme should now be migrated to run on our Content Magagment System e107 (1.0.4), so we can use it on our homepage: https://grammophon-platten.de
To view our current CSS files for page structure, please find attached the current page theme. Besides we will send you the TaraPro Theme to adapt it to e107.
If this is not possible, we will ask for a corresponding new design, which is based on Drupal TaraPro and would be responsive on our e107 homepage. Our system runs on the latest PHP 7.4 version. We can not change our CMS, because there is no support for the forum/plugins etc. anymore! Who can help make our design responsive and modern by using the Drupal theme?
Our information site for gramophones and shellac 78 rpm records https://grammophon-platten.de has been online since 2009 and generates on average 60,000+ hits per month. Many of those come in via search engines from all over the world, while some come from registered users of the "forum", which is a plugin of the e107 CMS system.
Since 2017 the site is operated by a "Verein" (small club/society/association). Therefore we would need a quote, which we can then discuss at our next meeting. We hope you will be able to help us keep alive the largest existing site for gramophones and shellac 78 rpm records in the whole internet.
