Drupal Recurring Dates & Group Module Setup
Budget: $10 – $150 USD
I’m working on a Drupal site that uses the Recurring Date Module together with Paragraphs to publish a large number of events. Right now only the first occurrence of each recurring event appears on the front-end no other instance is showing (onoly 1 instace at a time needs to show)
Here’s what I need, step by step:
1. Recurring dates fix (See image uploaded ot job)
• Diagnose why subsequent occurrences are not rendered.
• Adjust the Recurring Date Module settings, Views, or write a small custom tweak so every future instance displays correctly.
• Verify the solution on a cloned test site, then export the configuration for production.
2. Group architecture
Once dates are working, set up the Group module to mirror our organisational structure:
• Club/Event Admins
• External Event Admin
• External Job Admin
• External Advertiser
• External News
Each group must have clear editorial and management permissions that keep content ownership tidy without opening excess access. I’m happy to walk through any edge cases, but the end goal is that the module fully covers the roles above with sensible default permissions (edit, view, moderate where appropriate).
Tech stack
Drupal core (11.2.5), Recurring Date Module, Paragraphs, Group.
Deliverables
• Working recurring-date output on test and live.
• Group types, roles, and permissions
• A short hand-off document summarising what was changed and how to replicate in future.
I will provide C/Panel access so the work can be completed,
