Drupal Module Enhancement: Node by Email

I'm seeking a skilled developer with Drupal experience to enhance the functionality of the Node by Email module.
The specific improvements required are:
Original Function - collect emails from a specific sender email account and post them as Article nodes authored by the specific sender user account.
Modified Function - collect emails from ALL senders and post them as Article nodes authored by the sender user account. If an email sender email address is not associated with an existing user account, then create a user account with the user name and email address set to the sender email address. The password should be set to a random number. The account create date will be the current date.
