Drupal 7 Migration Specialist Needed

I need an expert to help guide my migration from an outdated Drupal 7 platform to a fresher, up-to-date platform. I'm currently uncertain about which platform to migrate to, so your guidance will greatly be of help.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Advising on the best platform to migrate to considering the features, performance, and user experience
- Migrating the content of approx. 100 pages to the new platform effectively, ensuring minimal to no downtime
- Having a secure event registration platform as part of the website
- Include a membership database (members sign up via website and past attendance at courses is recorded)
- NOTE - we will be retiring the current forum which is not used.
- Including a section for past courses (includes course information, images, embedded videos, delegate registration information) where courses automatically transfer to once course date passes.
- New member contact information is automatically transferred to Campaign Monitor for e-newsletter distribution
- Website is otcsouthpacific.org.au

Ideal candidates should have:
- Proven experience in website migrations, specifically Drupal
- Knowledge of potential migration platforms like Drupal 8, WordPress, Joomla
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail.
