Drupal AI Metadata Optimization + Schema

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Drupal developer to help implement a two-phase project that enhances SEO, improves LLM visibility, and streamlines editorial workflows on our Drupal 10.3.14 site.
We are working with approximately 1,500 content nodes across ~20 content types, including legal documents, personnel pages, and city profiles. This project will combine AI-generated metadata improvements and automated structured data (Schema.org) implementation to ensure our content is discoverable, accurate, and AI-friendly.
Phase 1: AI-Assisted Metadata Optimization
Objectives:
Read/analyze each node’s body content using AI.
Propose:
A concise, accurate title (10 words or less).
A brief AI-generated summary (1–3 sentences).
Drupal Integration:
Add a new field to relevant content types for AI Summary.
Build a moderation/review interface:
Display original title and full content.
Show AI-generated title and summary.
Allow editors (e.g., attorneys) to accept, edit, or reject suggestions.
Save approved updates back to the node.
Features:
Batch processing support (ideally queued).
Optional filters: “Needs Review,” “Approved,” “Skipped.”
Role-based permissions and revision history for approved changes.
Phase 2: Schema.org Structured Data Integration
Objectives:
Implement Schema.org JSON-LD markup across all search-accessible pages.
Enhance visibility in search engines and AI tools.
Deliverables:
Map relevant Schema types to ~20 Drupal content types (e.g., Article, LegalService, City, Person).
Use existing fields and new AI-generated content in the schema (e.g., map summary to description or abstract).
Ensure schema is:
Automatically generated using tokens/config rules.
Output in JSON-LD format using best Drupal practices.
Embedded in or optimal location.
Flag nodes with missing critical fields (optional).
Technical Setup:
Metatag and Schema.org Metatag modules are already installed.
Developer should enable and configure only the required schema elements.
All schema must support ongoing SEO and AI optimization strategies.
Ideal Skills:
Expert in Drupal 10+ development and custom module building.
Deep knowledge of Metatag, Schema.org, and AI integration via API.
Strong understanding of SEO and how LLMs (like ChatGPT) evaluate site metadata.
Ability to create clean, maintainable, and well-documented solutions.
