Drupal 9 (Fresh Docker for Desktop install)

Software: Docker for Desktop, TeamView
I need someone to simply install a fresh copy of the latest version of Drupal 9 on my local machine using Docker for desktop. Please only accept this project if you have done this before as there are steps and it's not exactly well documented.
Node is installed. Along with gulp, sass, etc.
Success here me simply typing in localhost:"portnumber" in my browser and it going straight to the Drupal 9 installation screen where I can do the rest from there.
