Drupal - Export & Import Orders | Change domain and hosting

The title says it all.
I will give you access to two Drupal installations & Cpanel.
Website 1: Drupal 8
Website 2: Drupal 9
I need orders & products exported from website 1 and imported into website 2.
I need Users exported from website 1 and imported into website 2. (Via database export/import I believe)
After that, I will need the hosting and the domain changed for website 2. Basically transferring website 2 to the VPS of website 1.
