Drupal Expert needed - Fix several issues with complex drupal page.

Looking for a Drupal Expert Developer!
Our site www.goldextra.com needs some work and fixes and upgrades.
Current site is in Drupal 8, around 800 nodes, upgrade to 9 should be done at one point if all modules support it.
Hourly basis, lets start with smaller things and work ourselves up :)
* security updates
* Add animated gif below main menu in desktop and mobile view (will provide mockup and gif)
* exchange mobile view logo (will be provided)
* fix news overview
* fix parsing issue for social media (when a site is posted to fb etc, the images are not being parsed in the preview)
* fix colorbox (gallery) issue, klicking on thumbnail shows wrong image.
* improve certain Views
* make site faster if possible

Please only native (or excellent) english skills, as good communication is most important.
