Drupal 7 & ElasticSearch Site Migration

I am in need of an experienced Drupal professional with ElasticSearch skills to undertake the responsibility of migrating my existing site over to a new server. I have uploaded/imported my site to the new server but having error probably something t do with ElasticSearch .
Key responsibilities:
- Set up the migrated site on the new server.
- Set up Elasticsearch on the new server.
