Drupal 7 to Drupal 9 Migration

Hi,
I need a skill Drupal developer to perform a migration from a Drupal 7 do Drupal 9 website and store. The store part of the Drupal site is on a separate subdomain, so its 2 separate backoffices, one for the store and one for the site.
The website content will remain exactly the same, with the same layout and functions. We also need to install a elementor page builder, to be able to build new content for the website and store.
The current site is in english and french language.
