[Drupal 9] Directory Listing Menu Integration

Job ID: 36234838

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

PROJECT DETAILS: This project is for completion of configuration of menu features for business listings. Our site is currently built using Drupal 9 and the Gavias – Lozin Directory theme. Please see further requirements below.

• Create a separate marketplace for each listing: You will need to create a custom content type for each product, which will include fields for product name, description, price, images and other relevant information (listing's current profile page can be modified to be product profile page, to minimize work). Each listing will be created as a separate node within Drupal, which can then be displayed on its own page or within a listing of other similar products.

• Index menu items in site search: To ensure that menu items are indexed in the site's search features, you will need to modify the current search features to index all listing’s menu items. This will allow users to search for specific menu items within our site's search bar.

• Customize categories and pricing incrementations: To customize categories and pricing incrementations, you will need to create custom taxonomies and fields within Drupal. This will allow you to group products into specific categories and set pricing based on specific parameters (e.g. weight, quantity, etc.).

• Create product profile pages with detailed information: To create product profile pages with detailed information, you will need to create a custom template for your product content type. This will allow you to display all relevant information about a product in a structured and organized way.

• Implement catalog mode (only for listing’s menus, cannot disable checkout sitewide/globally): To implement catalog mode, you will need to install and configure a catalog mode module within Drupal. This will allow users to browse your products and see pricing information but will disable the checkout features.

• Functionality to allow users to save (heart) their favorite products and complete repeat purchases more easily.

PROJECT TIMEFRAME: This project scope should be completed and ready for Q/A testing within 7-10 days.
