Drupal 9 Directory Add-to-Cart/Checkout Features

Complete installation and configuration of Drupal Commerce to Drupal 9 directory website.
- site must have add-to-cart/checkout functionality and Square + Authorize.net integration capabilities, as provided by Drupal Commerce.
- Checkout features must be able to add a preset Advertising package to cart.
- After checkout is confirmed, the client's listing on directory should unlock access to the limited functionality advertised, based on the Advertising package selected by user.
NOTE: All milestones must be troubleshot and QA tested prior to any milestone(s) released.
