A Leading service & Product based organization in Chennai is hiring Drupal Developers


Mode of Work: 100% Remote

Package: Till 22 LPA

Work Timing: 2 PM -11 PM


work 100% remote to stand up and configure new Drupal sites, including themes, content types, taxonomies, and workflows,

 develop custom modules using PHP and review PHP code, using best practices

 Design robust architectural solutions and contribute towards the strategy of client's

business needs.

 Work with senior team members and mentor and guide junior team members to

support the open-source implementation, development, integration, and maintenance

of Web-based software.

 Enhance and maintain current Agile and scrum software processes, including supporting

backlog prioritization and LOE estimates, sprint planning, unit-testing, continuous

integration, and open-source solutions.

 Establish and guide the web application's architecture/structure, based on best

practices

 Configure and maintain Drupal instances; to include all custom created module(s)

 Write unit tests to help keep code clean

 Document technical implementations, clearly and concisely

 Work closely with the team to ensure effective implementation of the module

 Commit patches and custom modules to drupal.org


Qualifications:


 Excellent English communication skills; both written and oral

 2 years experience communicating and working with US companies

 4+ years of Drupal experience, preferably Drupal 8 and 9

 2+ years of PHP experience

 Experience building user interfaces for website and/or web applications

 Experience developing web solutions in Drupal and PHP implementations

 Excellent collaboration skills with team members; a natural collaborator

 Knowledge and experience with Agile and TDD methodologies

 Experience using version control systems, such as Git

 Degree in computer science

 Drupal specialization (i.e., not surface-level experience with Drupal augmented by

knowledge from various other CMS applications)


 Strong analytical, problem solving and production diagnostic skills

 Able to conceptualize and design workflows in CMS

 Proficiency with the following modules: panels, views, admin menus and organic groups

 Ability to develop new modules and edit existing ones

 Experience with MySQL database design and integration

 Object-oriented programming skills and advanced understanding of APIs

 Proficient in the maintenance and administration of Drupal modules and sites
