Drupal Custom Content Type & Format for XLSX Export.

On our Drupal website, we need to have a Custom Content Type (Coordinators) and also a custom Format for Exporting in Excel XLSX File.
The Custom Content Type (Coordinators) needs to capture details for Coordinators & Sub-Coordinators. Each Coordinator will be able to enter ONLY their details as well as those of the Sub-Coordinators under them, i.e. Each Coordinator can create the Coordinators content ONLY ONCE.
For each Coordinator node, it captures One Coordinator and 10 Sub-Coordinators under it.
Then we expect to be able to export the details via Excel XLSX format.
