Drupal Commerce Auto Order Fullfillment

I need product orders to automatically process to the vendor provided API after customer payment. I will be satisfied with a cron or direct solution.

Tbis code or custom module needs to be reusable and documented.

Only apply if you are proficient in Drupal 8/9.
