Drupal 9 Camera Field Widget

I need a field widget developed for Drupal 9 that will use the devices camera to stream video and allow the user to capture a photo. The widget settings need to allow the setting of the video/photo width in pixels and the photo needs to be stored in the database. The displayed image must work with core image styles. There is a good example of the required functionality at https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/WebRTC_API/Taking_still_photos. I would like this module to be added to the Drupal contributed modules.
