Drupal Bootstrap custom theming

We're a Drupal digital agency in Canada looking for a front end developer with extensive Drupal 8/9, Bootstrap, SASS and Twig experience to implement our Adobe XD designs into a well-coded and documented custom Drupal theme.
You'll be working under our Lead Developer who will handle the overall backend development, using a Git and Gulp workflow.
More details on the project will be provided during an interview.
There is also an extensive Adobe XD file for page components which we can show during the interview process.
We anticipate the front-end development will take between 50 - 75 hours.
Most of the CMS configuration and Twig template development work will be done already; we'll be looking for the front end developer to implement the design into the existing Bootstrap-based markup that Drupal generates.
