[Drupal 9] Blue Checkmark Feature Integration

PROJECT DETAILS: This project is for adding a blue checkmark, or “verified” feature to our website. Our site is currently built using Drupal 9 and the Gavias – Lozin Directory theme. Please see requirements below.
• Develop a new module or plugin to add the "Verified" listing status feature to the website.
• Add a blue checkmark image to the profile of listings that have purchased a "Verified" listing level/package.
• Create a manual override feature that allows the admin to add a blue checkmark to any listing by checkbox on the listing's profile.
• Configure the "Verified" listings to show up before "Free" listings in all search queries.
• Add the blue checkmark image to the listing package template on the "/pricing/" page.
PROJECT TIMEFRAME: This project scope should be completed and ready for Q/A testing within 7 days.
NOTICE: All developers working on this project are assumed to have read and understood the full scope of the work needed. It is expected that all source code is properly commented and notated, and all work is fully completed and thoroughly tested before the release of any project milestones. Any incomplete or inadequately tested work will not be accepted as complete, and payment will be withheld until such issues are resolved.
