Drupal 10 Bartik subtheme

Bartik is the default core theme for Drupal since D7. The default theme has changed, in D10 Bartik 1.0.2 is a "contributed" theme. I now need a subtheme of Bartik to work on Drupal 10.
The task is to provide a Bartik subtheme that works in D10, including ckeditor5-stylesheets configuration (one single instance), mainly for the website operator to perform simple css modifications.
