Drupal 7 Backend Expert needed

Hi,
i am looking for an drupal expert who can help me make a landing page based on an existing page in drupal 7.
We should try to create the best layout based on the options and elements we can use on the drupal installation.
The problem is that we can not code a new template and we dont have access to code. All we have is the admin access to the drupal site. you should guide me and help me do the landing page through screens sharing. i can not give you access to the backend.
you should be very experienced with drupal backend so we can find the best solution. I have a wireframe of how the landing page should look.
