Custom Data Display Module for Drupal

Drupal module needed.
I have experience with Drupal and SQL - not PHP
I need to create a site for a staff rota covering different shifts, and eliminating results for holidays and sickness. unless i have a node for each user i think i will need to add an "on" condition on a join. https://drupal.stackexchange.com/questions/303913/eliminate-results-from-a-relationship-add-an-on-condition-to-join
Key Requirements:
- Looking for a screen share to assist with the set up of the module, and agree on basic architecture/required fields. i doubt it would take longer than an hour.
- i would say i could send you the project but there is really one started.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Drupal module development.
- Extensive experience with hook_ views_query_alter and custom data display.
- Strong understanding of database record handling in Drupal.
