Create a simple module for Drupal that allows remote digital downloads in Commerce

I am building a store that sells digital downloads. Drupal Commerce already supports this functionality, but currently the downloadable files can only be local files. I need a module that allows a remote URL to be used instead of a local file. See attached example image.
The module should allow a URL to be specified, so when the customer purchases the digital download, they log into their account and can download the file using the URL provided. The file can be any file type stored on a remote server (for example AWS). The module should be compatible with Drupal 9.x
