This Drupal9 module should be able to Integrate with Paytm Mini-App Login & Payment flow.

Simple Integration. Just 2 Integrations with Login(https://developer.paytm.com/docs/miniapps/login-flow/) & Payment(https://developer.paytm.com/docs/miniapps/payment-flow/) flow. No other Integration needed with Notification Flow(https://developer.paytm.com/docs/miniapps/notification-flow/) or Additional API(https://developer.paytm.com/docs/miniapps/additional-api/)
