Copy Drupal 7 website to Drupal 10

We are looking for some professional in Drupal to help us either manually move all data from Drupal 7 to Drupal 10 we will use bootstrap theme on drupal 10 just need existing information and modules etc copied on newer version either its done automated or manual we don't have any issues as long as everything works properly.
