CMS website for design agency

I'm looking for someone to develop a portfolio showcase website leveraging Drupal 10. This website is for a design agency and includes a blog, recruitment section as well as project pages. The project requires a functional and comprehensive CMS to present our projects in a professional and visually-appealing manner. The approved design will be made available in Adobe Xd files (or psd files). The final website must be mobile-friendly, robust and optimized for loading speed.
