Building a website

I am looking for a detailed website built using Drupal. I would like to have my website built in a timely manner with attention to detail. I am building this website for my gaming community. It is a PoliceRP gaming community ran off of the FiveM network. If you are awarded the project I will be listing specifics and examples of what I'm looking for.
