Build a custom Drupal 9 block.
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
We require a custom Drupal 9 block to be created at footer_top region. The block will have an image with URL and a text (slogan). The block should be consistent to all the pages and the redirect should be home. The block should be translated to German.
The config for en/de should be exported and kept at module/config/optional as it's a multi site so we don't use Drush. The block should be automatically placed at the region with the content on site load.
Image format should be .svg and the image should be kept at themes/image folder.
