Build a Drupal template

I'd like a template created to replace the current template on https://marps-africa.org/. The template should look like https://conquestcapitalltd.com/KEMRI1/about-us/ in terms of the header, menu, footer. The colour scheme remains as that of https://marps-africa.org/. Only the template is to be changed on the website. The developer will install the cloned website on our servers and replace the new template.
