Bootstrap Theme Customization on Drupal 11

I have a news site that was migrated from Drupal 8 to Drupal 11 but the new theme never went live. It has been 3 months since the migration was done, so I also need the latest content to be ported to the Drupal 11 site. I have already migrated all the images over, its just the content in the database for January-March that needs to be migrated. The new site is with a different host (Amazon AWS).

Only the last 3 months of content needs to be migrated (database content only). Every other aspect of the migration from D8 to D11 has been completed.

I also have a new theme that I just purchased from themeforest.com that I would like configured to display the content on all pages appropriately.

Tasks:
1. Migrated content (database content only) for Jan-March from D8 site to D11 site
2. Configure a new theme purchased from themeforest.com

Key Requirements:
- Expert knowledge of Drupal, especially Drupal 8 and 11
- Deep understanding and experience with content migration from Drupal 8 to Drupal 11
- Proficient in configuring and customizing Drupal themes
- Proficient in MySQL including data export/import
- Experience with Drupal content migration modules
- Strong skills in modifying color schemes and typography
- Excellent understanding of Drupal layout structures including Themes, Menus, Views, and Blocks
