Add features in our Drupal backend with ReactJs in the front end.

Hello there, we are a team of young engineers trying to create a useful product as a startup, so any help is highly appreciated.
We are usings headless drupal with a React.js for frontend. You can check our website at homexpress.gr
We want to add
- user paid subscription
- user organization members with roles
- property matching (user adds a request and when another user uploads a property we send the 1st user an update that this new property matches 50% his/her request or something like that)
- user messaging service
If you are also familiar with React.js you can help us implement the new frontend we have too.
If you have a better suggestion as to how we should implement the above we are open to discuss it.
The ideal developer should be:
- Fluent in English
- Giving us clear explanation and suggestions as to how we should move on
- Create a plan of what needs to be done and have clear time plan.
We would like to have it completed within one month if possible
Prefer individual developers.
Any messages outside of Freelancer will be ignored.
