Job Description

I am looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant with experience in eBay product listing and dropshipping.

Your main responsibility will be creating optimized eBay listings based on products I provide or products you research that meet my criteria.

This is a long-term opportunity for the right person. We will start with a commission structure and later transition to an hourly position once sales volume increases.

Responsibilities

• Create eBay listings following my SOP
• Upload product images
• Write optimized titles
• Fill out item specifics correctly
• Set pricing and profit margins based on instructions
• Ensure listings follow eBay policies
• Communicate if any listing issues arise

Payment

• 20% commission from profit on each sale to start

Once the store reaches consistent sales, the position will transition to hourly pay.

Requirements

• Experience listing products on eBay
• Familiar with eBay dropshipping workflows
• Attention to detail
• Reliable communication
• Ability to follow SOP instructions

Preferred Experience

• Walmart / Home Depot / Amazon sourcing
• Product research for winning items
• Knowledge of SEO optimized eBay titles
