Project Title: Dropshipping Expert VA Needed for E-commerce Store Management
Project Description:
We are seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant (VA) with proven expertise in managing dropshipping operations on platforms such as Ebay, facebook Marketplace, Shopify, WooCommerce, or Amazon. The ideal candidate will take ownership of daily backend tasks, allowing the business owner to focus on growth and marketing strategies. This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Research & Listing: Identify winning products and create/optimize SEO-friendly product listings.
Order Processing & Tracking: Manage end-to-end order fulfillment, including verifying payments, coordinating with suppliers, and updating tracking information.
Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries, manage returns/refunds, and resolve issues promptly.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and update product availability to prevent stockouts.
Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers to ensure smooth operations and reliable fulfillment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a dropshipping VA or similar e-commerce role.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, etc.) and dropshipping tools.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written communication skills for professional customer and supplier interactions.
Ability to work independently and follow procedures.
