We are looking for an experienced dropshipping, Meta Ads, and marketing expert to take full responsibility for growing our online store. The business has previously crossed $1k in revenue but faced profitability challenges due to knowledge gaps.
Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth product research to find high-potential dropshipping items for US/UK markets.
Design or optimize the landing page/website to maximize conversions.
Launch and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) with proven strategies.
Track performance and optimize ads, creatives, and funnel to maximize ROI.
Take full accountability for achieving profitable growth.
Terms:
1-month contract with 25% of net profit shared from generated sales.
After the initial month, transition to a standard fixed salary based on performance and growth results.
Candidate must be proactive, results-driven, and accountable.
Requirements:
Proven experience in dropshipping product research and Meta Ads.
Strong knowledge of landing page optimization, conversion rate optimization, and scaling ad campaigns.
Experience in US/UK markets is a plus.
