Shopify Flow Dropship Automation Setup
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I’m rebuilding my Shopify dropshipping store and want every automation in place before I start importing the full 5,000-plus product catalogue. The heart of this project is Shopify Flow, and I need a specialist who can translate my rules into dependable, scalable workflows that handle every step from import to fulfilment.
Scope of work
Please configure Shopify Flow (or a complementary automation stack if you feel something is missing) so that the following ten areas run hands-free:
• Supplier Routing
• Category Routing
• Brand Routing
• Inventory & Stock synchronisation
• Price & Margin rules
• Product Cleanup on import and update
• Customer Experience triggers (notifications, tagging, follow-ups)
• Fulfilment & Supplier hand-off
• Marketplace Prep Automations for Amazon, Walmart, eBay and Etsy
• Metafield Automations for granular data mapping
Supplier routing must specifically cover:
• Supplier selection criteria
• Automatic order routing
• Supplier performance monitoring
For product categorisation, the workflow should evaluate: Product type, Target audience and Supplier so that items land in the right collections, navigation menus and feeds.
Current supplier apps in play are TopDawg, AppScenic, Inventory Source, Wholesale2B, PetDropshipper, Syncee, CJ Dropshipping, Zendrop, DSers, AliExpress and Tundra; the flows must recognise which partner each SKU belongs to and act accordingly.
First milestone
The first deliverable is a robust set of import rules: when a product feed arrives, it should be cleansed, categorised, priced and assigned to the correct supplier path automatically, ready for me to review and publish.
Acceptance criteria
A set of live Shopify Flow workflows, documented within the admin, that import a sample feed of at least 100 SKUs and route them flawlessly according to the rules above, with logs showing each decision point.
If you have demonstrable experience building complex Shopify Flow (or similar) automations for high-SKU dropship stores, I’d love to see examples and discuss how quickly we can move to the first milestone.
