I need a hands-on mentor who can walk me through every stage of launching and running a profitable Shopify dropshipping store that operates from, and sells into, the Egyptian market. I am starting from scratch, so the guidance must be truly step-by-step—covering product research and selection, store build-out, conversion-oriented design, fulfilment options that work locally, and the full spectrum of marketing strategies (organic and paid) required to generate consistent sales.
I’m prepared to compensate only after the store is in profit, so you must be confident in your ability to teach and implement what works in real life, not just in theory. Screen-sharing, real-time feedback, and clear action plans are essential; recorded walkthroughs or SOPs that I can revisit later are a plus.
Key milestones I expect us to hit:
• Identify and validate at least one winning product suited to Egyptian buyers.
• Launch a fully functional Shopify store, connected to local payment gateways and shipping solutions.
• Run data-driven marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or Google Ads—whichever you recommend) that achieve our first profitable sales.
I'd much rather an Egyptian mentor for ease of communication and because they would be more acquainted with the Egyptian market.
