• Simple SOPs and checklists so I can repeat every process on my own.

We’ll consider the job complete once the store is live, a first sale has been made, and I feel confident enough to run and scale things independently. I learn fast and will carry out the daily tasks myself; I just need your proven experience to shorten the learning curve and help me avoid costly mistakes.
